Manage Payment Transactions in WP EasyPay

Overview

WP Easy Pay provides a built-in Transactions screen that lets you view, track, and manage payment transactions directly from your WordPress dashboard.

Every successful payment processed through your WP Easy Pay forms is recorded in the Transactions section, allowing you to review transaction details, monitor payment activity, and export records when needed.

This guide explains how to access and manage your payment transactions.

Open the Transactions Screen

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. Navigate to WP Easy Pay → Transactions.

The Transactions screen displays a list of all payment transactions processed through your forms.

View Payment Transaction Details

Each transaction entry provides useful information about the payment, including:

  • Transaction ID
  • Customer name and email
  • Payment amount
  • Payment status
  • Date and time of the transaction
  • Associated payment form

This information helps you monitor and manage all payments collected through your website.

Filter or Search Transactions

To quickly find specific transactions, you can:

  • Use the search field to locate transactions
  • Filter results by date, form, or status
  • Sort transactions by amount or date

These filters make it easier to review payment activity and locate specific records.

Export Transaction Data

If you need to analyze or store transaction records outside WordPress, you can export your transaction data.

  1. Go to WP Easy Pay → Transactions
  2. Click the Export option
  3. Download the transaction report file

This allows you to maintain external records or review transactions using spreadsheet tools.

Verify Transactions in Square

All payments processed through WP Easy Pay are securely handled by Square.

You can also verify transactions directly from your Square Dashboard, where you can:

  • View complete payment records
  • Issue refunds when needed
  • Manage Square payment settings

This helps you maintain accurate payment records across both WP Easy Pay and Square.

Managing Recurring Payments (Premium)

If you are using recurring payment forms, you can view recurring transactions in the Transactions screen and manage active subscriptions
separately from:

WP Easy Pay → Transactions or WP Easy Pay → Subscriptions

From there, you can:

  • View active subscriptions
  • Monitor recurring payment activity
  • Cancel or manage subscriptions when needed

This makes it easy to track and manage recurring payments from a single location.
