Overview

When creating or editing a payment form in WP Easy Pay, you can configure a variety of settings that control how the form behaves and appears on your website.

These settings are available in the form builder, where options are organized into different tabs and sidebar sections. Each setting allows you to customize aspects such as the Square account used for payments, form layout, notifications, transaction notes, and additional charges.

This guide provides an overview of the available form settings and explains where to find them.

Where to Find Form Settings

To access form settings:

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. Navigate to: WP Easy Pay → All Forms
  3. Select the form you want to edit.

When the form builder opens, you will see several settings tabs and sidebar options that allow you to customize the form.

Quick Tip

Most websites use the default global Square connection configured in:

You typically only need to use Form Specific Square account settings if a specific form must use a different Square account or testing environment.
