Manage Donation Transactions

Overview

WP Easy Pay provides a built-in transaction tab that lets you view, track, and manage donation transactions directly from your WordPress dashboard.

Every successful donation made through your donation forms is recorded in the Transactions, where you can review transaction details, monitor campaign performance, and export data if needed.

This guide explains how to access and manage your donation reports.

Open the Transactions Dashboard

1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Navigate to: WP Easy Pay → Transaction
3. The Transaction screen will display a list of all payment and donation transactions.

View Donation Transaction Details

Each transaction entry provides useful information about the donation, including:

• Transaction ID
• Donor name and email
• Payment amount
• Payment status
• Date and time of the transaction
• Associated form

This information helps you monitor all donations collected through your forms.

Filter or Search Transactions

To quickly find specific donations, you can:

• Use the search field to locate transactions
• Filter results by date, form, or status
• Sort transactions by amount or date

These filters make it easier to review donation activity during fundraising campaigns.

Export Donation Data

If you need to analyze or store donation records outside WordPress, you can export your Transaction data.

1. Go to WP Easy Pay → Transactions
2. Click the Export option
3. Download the transaction report file

This allows you to maintain external records or review donations in spreadsheet tools.

Verify Transactions in Square

All donations processed through WP Easy Pay are handled securely by Square.

You can also verify transactions directly from your Square Dashboard, where you can:

• View complete payment records
• Issue refunds if needed
• Manage Square payment settings

Managing Recurring Donations (Premium)

If you are using recurring donation forms, you can manage subscriptions from:

WP Easy Pay → Transactions  or Subscriptions

From there, you can:

• View active recurring donations
• Monitor subscription payments
• Cancel or manage donor subscriptions if needed
